We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Practitioner/Teaching Assistant to join our team at Aspire People, working in a nursery in Bloxwich.

The successful candidate will provide individualized support and assistance to all children, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development, promoting their self-confidence and independence.

  1. Support the student's learning journey by adapting teaching strategies and resources to accommodate their needs.
  2. Foster positive relationships with the students, establishing clear communication channels with parents and the school.
  3. Uphold the school's values, policies, and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 2/3 Support Teaching or Learning qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the students.
  • Knowledge of relevant teaching methodologies and resources for supporting individual students.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is ideal for those passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children.
