East Suffolk Council is seeking a skilled professional to join its Housing Needs Team as a Housing Monitoring Officer. The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to the Strategic Lead - Housing Needs, Operational Leads, and Team Leaders to ensure accurate records, case management, and data monitoring are maintained in line with statutory requirements and service performance.

Your Role:

The post holder will undertake auditing duties to aid the team in meeting housing needs targets and be responsible for government statistical returns. They will also lead on information requests received by the team.
