About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our Liaison Psychiatry service based in Exeter. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the mental health care of people in the general hospital and work closely with colleagues from various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make specialist mental health assessments and devise interventions to help people recover.
  • Work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, collaborating with multiple agencies on a daily basis.
  • Develop individual recovery plans for the people you see, working closely with their families and carers.
  • Supervise junior and unqualified staff, mentoring students and contributing to the development of the team.
