About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Hotel Indigo Cardiff. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every stay is unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest room bookings and preferences.
  • Offer expert knowledge of hotel facilities, local transportation, and attractions, providing personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to guests.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest complaints or concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with ongoing training and development opportunities within RBH and IHG.
