Your primary focus will be on assisting the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of gourmet dishes, ensuring that every meal meets our high standards for quality, taste, and presentation. You will also be responsible for monitoring food preparation and portion sizes, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.



As a Banqueting Sous Chef at Pan Pacific London, you will work closely with our executive chef and other culinary professionals to develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring that our cuisine remains innovative and exciting. You will also be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
