Commercial Insurance Claims Handler

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Claims Handler to join our team. This role requires a customer-focused individual who can provide an excellent claims service to our clients.
This position is ideal for someone with proven claims handling experience within all classes of commercial claims, who can ensure professional and efficient management of all claims from start to finish.
The successful candidate will have expertise in motor, property, and liability insurance claims handling, and will be well-versed in compliance, FCA regulations, and business policies & procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims across various products, including Property, Liability, Marine, and Business Interruption.
- Maintain an efficient diary system for all claims, chasing claims as required.
- Provide claims information and reports to the broking department and clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Robust experience in Property, Liability, Marine, and Business Interruption insurance claims handling.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service experiences, applying TCF and KYC methodologies.
Benefits:
