Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Handler Specialist to join our Motor Claims team at Davies Group.

This is a hybrid role that requires you to work from the office at least one day per week. As a Claims Handler Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling pre-litigated motor claims and providing a professional and empathetic service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of motor claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate data on our case management system, adhering to set client SLAs.
  • Ensure quality service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of claims handling experience, preferably in commercial motor insurance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage own volume workload via task management.
  • Strong team player with excellent client relationship skills.

Salary Range: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
