Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at McBride. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless production processes and minimize disruptions.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with production staff and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
