Fundraising Area Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Area Manager to lead our Membership Fundraising team in the West Midlands region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving fundraising efforts and achieving targets in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Membership Fundraisers to achieve fundraising targets and deliver high-quality results
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to engage with the public and inspire support for our conservation work
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local communities, businesses, and partners
- Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and the public
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Knowledge of fundraising principles, practices, and regulations
