Willis Global Ltd is seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our International Operations Centre in the Gatwick area.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage time-critical demands from airline customers, working closely with the Operations Specialist Team Leader and team to ensure operational performance meets contracted targets.
  • Communicate effectively with airline customers, providing detailed feedback on logistical movements and ensuring all aspects of materials, procurement, and inventory management are processed efficiently.
  • Act as a focal point for airline customers and internal stakeholders, providing continuity and ensuring demands are handled efficiently.
  • Assist with customer order backlogs, ensuring delays are minimized while maintaining excellent customer communication.
  • Proactively engage with Programme and Operations managers to ensure implementation of contractual requirements and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in time-critical supply chain or logistics operations, gained in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn in-house IT systems.
