Lorien's leading Public Sector client is seeking a Learning and Development Adviser to join their expanding team.

You will be heavily involved in implementing learning and organisational development initiatives across the organisation, producing learning guides, developing e-learning and in-person courses, and delivering in-house training.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience of working with Learning Management Systems
  • Excellent L&D experience gained within a public sector or corporate environment
  • Experience of working with blended learning and digital solutions
  • Working with a strategic approach to L&D and delivering the systems and processes aligned to this
  • The ability to create a collaborative working culture with an understanding of the needs of the end user
  • The ability to work inclusively with a diverse range of people, adapting to their needs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, building rapport and relationships at all levels
  • High level of digital proficiency and technical ability, including the ability to produce complex training and evaluation data
  • Ability to use databases and systems effectively. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
