Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Undertake project coordination tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Document Management: Maintain and update various project schedules and registers, including electronic and hard copy filing systems for project documents.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of project guidelines, procedures, and documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Document Archiving: Systematically archive documents for easy retrieval and reference, ensuring accurate and efficient access to project information.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in document management and QA processes.
  • Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage and update various project registers and schedules.
  • Technical Skills: Competence in using Aconex and other document management systems.
