Document Controller

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team at Skilled Careers Ltd. As a Document Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure high standards of quality assurance for all project documentation, adhering to project naming conventions and document control protocols.
- Register received information within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) as required.
- Manage and maintain the integrity, accuracy, and quality of electronic documents, document registers, and master hardcopy documents.
- Effectively manage the flow of project information and maintain document distribution lists.
- Monitor and manage workflows for consultants, design teams, and subcontractors/suppliers.
- Ensure full auditability and traceability of design coordination and approval processes.
- Generate reports within the EDMS as required.
- Coordinate information for operation and maintenance manuals and project handover.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry.
- Practical working knowledge of Aconex at a project administrator level.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and ISO 19650.
