As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and practical tasks like shopping and household chores.
You will work closely with our team to develop care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Your compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills will be essential in building trusting relationships with our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication
- Assist with practical tasks like shopping and household chores
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the care team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A caring and compassionate approach to working with vulnerable adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
