About the Opportunity

Breedon Group is a leading construction materials company seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our sales team at Penrhyn Quarry in Bangor.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of £47,500 per annum, inclusive of 25 days annual leave and access to our employee benefits platform.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, managing sales orders, and administering administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities-
  • Handle customer enquiries by phone and email, including cash sales quotations and processing payments.
  • Manage sales orders, purchase orders, and administrative tasks related to these processes.
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support as required.
  • Communicate with clients regarding unforeseen delays or supply issues.
  • Develop knowledge of British Standards and existing test data relevant to roofing, architectural, hard landscaping, and crushed products.
  • Prepare reports for the Commercial Director on a regular basis.
