Job Title: Commercial Events Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive B2B Sales Professional to join our client based in Hertford. This role involves managing the events process and prospecting to businesses with the view to sign them up for the company's events.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect to businesses via calling, email, and Sales Navigator to sell B2B events and secure attendees.
  2. Follow up warm leads and prospect potential clients.
  3. Work towards sales targets and KPIs.
  4. Account manage existing clients and upsell other products and services.
  5. Manage pre-event organization and planning.
  6. Respond to client queries and resolve any complaints.
  7. Attend live events to ensure they run smoothly.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a similar role.
  2. Previous B2B sales experience.
  3. Excellent client relationship skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  5. Proactive and works well on own initiative.
  6. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  7. Experience working in a target-driven environment.
