Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect and engage with businesses to sell B2B events and secure attendees.
  2. Follow up warm leads and prospect potential clients to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  3. Account manage existing clients and upsell other products and services.
  4. Manage pre-event organization and planning to ensure smooth event execution.
  5. Respond to client queries and resolve any complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a similar role with a strong track record of sales success.
  2. Previous B2B sales experience with a focus on events and customer relationships.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team to achieve targets.
  5. Experience working in a target-driven environment with a focus on sales and customer acquisition.
