- Follow up warm leads and prospect potential clients to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Account manage existing clients and upsell other products and services.
- Manage pre-event organization and planning to ensure smooth event execution.
- Respond to client queries and resolve any complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong track record of sales success.
- Previous B2B sales experience with a focus on events and customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team to achieve targets.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment with a focus on sales and customer acquisition.
