Join Our Team as a Conference and Event Sales Manager

We are CH&CO, a company that takes a thoughtful and mindful approach to food experiences. We are seeking an experienced Conference and Events Sales Manager to work with us at a large contract in Watford. As a proactive and results-driven 360 Event & Sales Manager, you will lead the end-to-end management of events while driving sales growth on this exciting contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
    Drive sales efforts to attract new clients across all event types.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads.
    Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets, focusing on both short-term and long-term growth.
    Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, including event planners, corporate clients, production companies, and agencies.
    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Serve as the primary contact for clients, from initial inquiry through to event completion, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Event Planning & Coordination:
    Manage the full lifecycle of events, ensuring all elements are meticulously planned and executed to the highest standard.
    Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives, translating these into detailed event plans.
    Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the event are flawlessly executed.
Requirements:
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in managing events in large contracts and venues desirable.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
