Job Title: Conference and Events Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Conference and Events Sales Manager to join our team at CH&Co Group in Watford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional events to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets, focusing on both short-term and long-term growth.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, including event planners, corporate clients, production companies, and agencies.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary contact for clients, from initial inquiry through to event completion, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
    • Manage the full lifecycle of events, ensuring all elements are meticulously planned and executed to the highest standard.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives, translating these into detailed event plans.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the event are flawlessly executed.
Requirements:
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Experience in managing events in large contracts and venues desirable.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
