Lead the Design and Implementation of Bespoke Training Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategy Director to lead the design and implementation of bespoke training solutions that meet client needs. As a key member of our UK Learning Studio team, you will provide technical leadership in instructional design and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the UK Learning Studio, aligning with broader business objectives and the wider teams.
  • Instructional Design: Lead the design and implementation of bespoke training solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and are delivered on time.
  • Project Management: Oversee project management, using tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Kanbanize to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
Requirements:
  • Strong Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in designing and implementing business strategies.
  • Digital Transformation: Experience working within digital/skills transformation programs.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
  • Language Skills: English and Spanish speaking.
  • Education: Degree in relevant fields.
  • Soft Skills: High levels of resilience and emotional intelligence, creative and innovative mindset.
