Job Title: Content Strategy Director

Lucid Connect Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Content Strategy Director to lead the development of bespoke training solutions for the UK Learning Studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy behind Learning Design & Solutions, ensuring project success, and steering the strategic direction of the UK Learning Studio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and client needs.
  • Lead the design and implementation of bespoke training solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership in instructional design and ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic direction and business growth.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in instructional design, solution design, team leadership, and strategic management.
  • Deep understanding of the E-learning market, client needs, trends, and strategic market positioning.
  • Some leadership or people management experience.
  • Strong strategic mindset with experience in designing and implementing business strategies.
  • Knowledge of learning principles and their application to E-learning.
  • Experience working within digital/skills transformation programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of E-learning technologies and methodologies.
Desired:
  • Understanding of the E-learning market in larger corporate entities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Kanbanize.
  • English and Spanish speaking.
  • Degree in relevant fields.
