Lead the Design and Implementation of Bespoke Training Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategy Director to lead the design and implementation of bespoke training solutions that meet client needs. As a key member of our UK Learning Studio team, you will provide technical leadership in instructional design and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies that align with our company's objectives and the wider teams.
  • Digital Transformation: Work within digital/skills transformation programs to drive innovation and growth.
  • Project Management: Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Kanbanize to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communication: Possess excellent English and Spanish speaking skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Education: Hold a degree in a relevant field.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrate high levels of resilience, emotional intelligence, creativity, and innovation.
