Director of Contention Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Director to drive forward our Contentious Quantity Surveying consultancy in Leeds.

As a Director, you will be given true autonomy and the opportunity to guide the business forward through business development and strategic leadership, whilst supporting and developing the existing team on specialist contentious projects.

This is a truly unique opportunity where you will be given equity shares in the business and work closely with the Managing Director to ultimately take the reins. You will provide strategic guidance, develop client relationships, and actively contribute to the development and implementation of innovative strategies to resolve disputes and claims effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic direction and leadership to the contentious quantity surveying brand, aligning it with the overall company goals and objectives.
  • Driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing innovative strategies to resolve disputes and claims effectively.
