About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Environment Advisor to join our team at Galliford Try. As a key member of our Central Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement industry-leading health, safety, and environmental strategies, policies, and initiatives to minimize risk and maximize performance.
  • Promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence throughout our organization.
  • Collaborate with our teams and operational staff to ensure all aspects of design, construction, installation, and commissioning are managed to ensure high levels of safety performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of security strategies, policies, and initiatives to minimize security risk.

About You:

  • Relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate.
  • Member of IOSH (TechIOSH as a minimum) or IIRSM.
  • GDPR Awareness Training.
  • Appropriate CSCS Card Professional Status Card.
