About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Environment Advisor to join our team at Galliford Try. As a key member of our Central Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement industry-leading strategies, action plans, policies, and initiatives to minimize risk and maximize health, wellbeing, and safety performance.
  • Promote a HSE culture consistent with our company's values and behaviors in all programs and projects.
  • Work with the team and operational staff to ensure all aspects of design, construction, installation, and commissioning are organized and managed to ensure high levels of safety performance and identify areas for continual improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of industry-leading security strategies, action plans, policies, and initiatives to minimize security risk.

About You:

  • Relevant HS&E experience in a similar industry.
  • NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate.
  • Member of IOSH (TechIOSH as a minimum) or IIRSM.
  • GDPR Awareness Training.
  • Appropriate CSCS Card Professional Status Card.
