About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Environment Advisor to join our team at Galliford Try. As a key member of our Central Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the highest levels of health, safety, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement industry-leading health, safety, and environmental strategies, policies, and initiatives to minimize risk and maximize performance.
  • Promote a health, safety, and environmental culture consistent with our company values and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with operational staff to ensure design, construction, installation, and commissioning are organized and managed to achieve high safety performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of security strategies, policies, and initiatives to minimize security risk.

About You:

  • Relevant health, safety, and environmental experience in a similar industry.
  • NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate.
  • Member of IOSH (TechIOSH as a minimum) or IIRSM.
  • GDPR Awareness Training.
  • Appropriate CSCS Card Professional Status Card.
