We are seeking a highly skilled Youth Services Coordinator to join our team in Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children and families in a care or safeguarding setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with families, agencies, and professionals to support children's welfare and development.
  • Provide advice and workshops as needed on issues such as domestic violence, substance misuse, or parenting.

You will be responsible for collaborating with families, agencies, and professionals to provide early help and safeguarding services to children, young people, and their families.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working with children and families in a care or safeguarding setting.
  • A driving licence with access to your own vehicle.

Salary and Benefits

  • Excellent salary: £15.84 per hour (negotiable based on experience).
  • Payroll service twice a week.
  • 250 referral bonus for successful referrals.

Location and Working Hours

Birmingham, Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM (37 hours per week).
