We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention Team at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. About the Job

As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing interventions to promote independence and prevent hospital admissions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including health and social care professionals, to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • Current Health and Care Professions Council registration
  • Extensive evidence of relevant post-registration training and CPD
  • Relevant rehabilitation experience for a variety of patients in a community setting

Salary: £37,338 - £44,962 per annum
