About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Document Solutions team at Bechtle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing our key vendors/partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within our existing customer base.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Vendor Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Customer Success
    • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Monitor and manage customer satisfaction to ensure high levels of engagement.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns.
    • Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the technology industry.
    • Proven track record in consultative selling and winning new business.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
