You will be a people person, highly organised and skilled at practical problem-solving. Your passion for maximising older people's income will drive your success in this role. You will relish working in a constantly evolving environment and enjoy developing relationships with older people, GP networks, hospitals, partner and referral organisations.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. You will receive a bespoke induction and training to equip you with the knowledge and skills to complete holistic assessments and provide solutions to identified issues.

As a member of the Age UK Sheffield team, you will benefit from shared learning sessions and external reflective practice sessions. Our commitment to being representative of the communities we serve and our mindful approach to disability makes us a great employer to work for.

The salary for this role is approximately £24,767 per annum, plus pension and 30 days annual leave plus public holidays. You will work 36.25 hours per week, flexibly between Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm.
