Job Title: Sheffield Support Specialist

In this position, you will work closely with service users, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care. Your duties will include:
  • Providing personal care and administering medication to service users
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
  • Accompanying service users on outings and activities, promoting social inclusion and independence
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive support
  • Demonstrating a 'can-do' approach and adapting to changing circumstances
