Job Title: Administrative Support Officer

Overview

First Intuition is a leading provider of accountancy training and apprenticeships. As an Operations Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service to students, visitors, and clients

  • Managing reception duties, including maintaining visitor logs and handling enquiries

  • Processing bookings and coordinating tasks to support our busy workspace

  • Maintaining office spaces, including breakout areas and general office areas

  • Supporting light manual handling of materials and rearranging classrooms as needed

  • Undertaking additional tasks as reasonably required by management

Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident and professional in dealing with customers

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Positive and solution-focused attitude to work

  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction

  • Computer literacy

Desirable Skills

  • Experience of apprenticeship standards and programmes

  • Experience of the accountancy and finance sector
