About the Role

A hands-on training role within the BrewDog Bars business. We are looking for an experienced trainer to ensure our teams are supported to give amazing BrewDog experiences around the planet.

This role is responsible for planning strategic training programs for our existing bar teams, utilising, developing, implementing and managing training systems, and supporting our network of regional and site level trainers throughout the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Planning and delivering high-quality training programs to ensure our teams have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Working closely with operations teams to set and maintain high standards of customer service and beer knowledge.
  3. Developing and implementing training materials and resources to support the growth and development of our teams.
  4. Providing coaching and mentoring to our trainers to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver effective training programs.
  5. Supporting the training effort and coordinating with various stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in training and development. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience in training and development within a multi-site hospitality business.
  • Certified trainer with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
