X4 Technology, a fast-growing Events and Brand Activation agency, is seeking an experienced Executive Account Director to join their account management team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work with a variety of global brands, delivering outstanding projects and driving the growth of our portfolio.
About the Role:As an Executive Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, and serving as the main point of contact for high-profile clients. You will be responsible for developing strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities, and working towards revenue goals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced account manager looking to elevate their career in a creative and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in account management, ideally within an events or experiential agency, and possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary client contact, nurturing relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring events are executed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.
- Lead and inspire internal teams, from creative to production, to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop strategic account plans, identify growth opportunities, and work towards revenue goals.
- Handle budget forecasting, financial tracking, and reporting for assigned projects and accounts.
- Troubleshoot challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
