Starbucks Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Starbucks store in Derby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas and store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and waste reduction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of store operations
