Starbucks Store Manager Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Starbucks store in Derby. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas and shift leaders to deliver excellent customer service and sales results
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase profitability
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
