Starbucks Store Manager

Role: Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent customer experiences and drive sales growth in a fast-paced Starbucks store environment.
Location: Derby, UK
Hours: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Up to £29,500 (dependent on experience)
Bonus Scheme: Quarterly bonus incentive

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of baristas and shift leaders to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
- Manage store operations, including inventory, labor, and customer service standards
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and career progression

Requirements:
- Previous store management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and motivate others to achieve sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
