Starbucks Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Starbucks store in Derby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
