We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Reward and Compensation to join our team at GS2 | B Corp®.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and influence compensation and benefits strategy across multiple regions, driving digital transformation and process improvement.

As a key member of our People team, you will lead initiatives focused on digitalisation, collaborate with teams to deliver a cohesive compensation strategy, and establish yourself as a subject matter expert within our organisation.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, strong expertise in UK payroll tax regulations, labour laws, and compliance, as well as excellent Excel and data software skills.

In return, you will receive a competitive compensation package, including a basic salary of £75k - £85k, bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave, and a range of benefits, including healthcare, matched pension scheme, and generous childcare salary sacrifice scheme.
