We are seeking an experienced teaching professional to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment. This permanent role at an Outstanding (2018) SEN school in Radlett, Hertfordshire, offers an attractive salary package of MPS/UPS plus SEN allowance (daily rate between 165 and 225). The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with students with severe Autism and learning difficulties, supporting SEN students with challenging behaviour to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
