Experienced Teaching Professional Required

We are seeking an experienced Year 6 Teacher to join our team at Leigh Academy Cherry Orchard. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified educator to take on a new challenge and make a real difference in the lives of our students.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all students. You will work closely with support staff to ensure students receive the additional support they require and track student progress to adjust targets as needed.
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role
As a Year 6 Teacher at Leigh Academy Cherry Orchard, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to providing exceptional education and care to our students. You will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and social growth.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students
- Liaise with support staff regarding student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
- Track student progress and adjust targets as needed
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications and have the Right to Work in the UK. Additionally, you must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to process one. A minimum of two references covering the last two years of employment is also required.
