Project Engineer

Aldridge is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Project Engineer to deliver high-quality, efficient projects to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful on-time and on-budget completion of multiple concurrent projects in various environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Thoroughly complete assigned projects and tickets to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Review project scopes to understand goals, target environments, and identify risks, hurdles, and solutions.
- Ensure high stakeholder satisfaction among clients and Aldridge team members.
- Document work and time spent on projects in project management systems.
- Attend regular project team meetings to ensure project progress and status.
- 3+ years of practical experience deploying new technology, including implementation and administration of O365 and VoIP, network infrastructure upgrades, and server deployment/migration.
- 3-5 years of helpdesk/desktop support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and a thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and deliver exceptional customer service.
- 3-5 years of experience with ticketing systems and professional IT certifications such as MCSA or MCSE (Microsoft 365 & Azure), Cisco, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or VMware VCP.
