Aldridge is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT Project Engineer to deliver high-quality, efficient projects to our clients.

The goal of the Project Engineer is to work with the broader Project Management team to ensure the successful on-time and on-budget completion of multiple concurrent projects in various environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Thoroughly complete assigned projects and tickets.
  2. Review scopes of work to understand project goals and target environments, and to identify risks, hurdles, and solutions.
  3. Ensure high client and company stakeholder satisfaction.
  4. Document work and time spent on projects in project management systems.
  5. Attend regular project team meetings.
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of practical field experience deploying new technology, such as implementing and administering O365 and VoIP, network infrastructure upgrades, and server deployment/migration in various environments.
  2. 3-5 years of helpdesk/desktop support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
  3. Strong creative problem-solving skills.
  4. Voracious thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  6. Strong written and interpersonal communication abilities to deliver exceptional customer service.
  7. 3-5 years of experience with ticketing systems.
  8. Professional IT certifications, such as MCSA or MCSE (Microsoft 365 & Azure), Cisco, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or VMware VCP, are ideal but not required.
