  3. Aptitude with project management software, tools, and concepts.
  4. Team-leader approach, enthusiastically accountable, and able to help others recognize and address deviation from it.
  5. Familiarity with general IT implementation concepts and challenges.
  6. Ability to recognize presumptions, prerequisites, risks, and blocking issues when they occur in specifications and execution.
