Aldridge is seeking a skilled IT Project Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Engineer to join our team at Aldridge. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete assigned projects and tickets thoroughly and on-time.
  • Review Scopes of Work to understand project goals and target environments, and to identify risks, hurdles, and solutions.
  • Ensure high client and Aldridge stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Document work and time spent on projects in our PSA and Client Documentation Systems.
  • Attend regular project team meetings, including daily Projects huddle and weekly Projects status meeting.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of practical field experience deploying new technology, such as O365 and VoIP, network infrastructure upgrades, and Server deployment/migration in various environments.
  • 3-5 years of Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and a thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • 3-5 years of experience with ticketing systems and professional IT Certifications such as MCSA or MCSE (Microsoft 365 & Azure), Cisco, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or VMware VCP.
