Job Opportunity:
White Cube is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant - HR Support to fill this part-time role in London, offering a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum. Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Providing administrative support to the HR team, including record-keeping, correspondence, and document preparation.
  2. Assisting with payroll preparation, including data entry and reporting.
  3. Coordinating and running HR projects, meetings, and training sessions, including organizing materials and provisions.
  4. Supporting new joiners through the onboarding process, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
  5. Communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating recruitment processes.
  6. Drafting and issuing employee resignation letters, confirming outstanding annual leave and last working day.
  7. Managing invoicing for external training providers and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Qualifications
  1. 2+ years of experience in administration, preferably within a global HR Team.
  2. Strong computer typing skills (MS Office, particularly).
  3. Familiarity with HRIS or HRMS systems (Sage People being advantageous).
  4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate with the HR team.
  7. Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
