Executive Assistant and HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant and HR Generalist to join our team at NextEnergy Capital Group. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the CPO and other executives, while also contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
- Making travel arrangements and coordinating meetings;
- Preparing and editing correspondence, documents, and presentations;
- Facilitating Management Board and Advisory Board meetings; and
- Providing general administrative support to the CPO and other executives.
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a range of HR-related tasks, including compiling and presenting HR reports, editing and formatting documents and presentations, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a PA or in an HR role;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including BUPA healthcare and cycle-to-work scheme.
