We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner to join our Theatre Department in Exeter.
As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working efficiently and effectively to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualised patient care, adhering to Ramsay's policies and procedures
- Working collaboratively with the wider clinical team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care
- Using your initiative and decision-making skills to resolve issues and improve patient care
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
