About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the implementation of individual care programmes for patients in the perioperative journey.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Act as a resource for the Urology Theatre team and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of theatre policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Registered Theatre Practitioner with a strong background in perioperative care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
