Swimming Instructor

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swimming Teacher to join our team at Serco. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

• Hold a valid STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2
• Have excellent customer service skills and be able to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Be able to hold a DBS check
